More One-Year Progress Pics

My two favorite parts of this project is 1. The Nodding Wild Onion monoculture bed and 2. The subtle Carex brevior ground cover that I added this Spring to fill in the ground layer. The Fragrant Sumacs and Red Osier Dogwoods are slowly spreading their wings and the earlier blooms of Prairie Smoke, Butterfly Milkweed and Sand Coreopsis are not visible in these pics, nor are the later shows from Rough Blazingstar and Little Bluestem.
